Saturday, January 15, 2011. 运动有益身心，有助健康，有助心情，原来也可以拉近彼此之间的友情。在许多人的大学生活中，每一天的生活都过得相当乏味，没有乐趣。很多人都甘愿. 24 小时对着电脑，上上网，看看戏和玩下游戏。当然我也不例外。其实我不喜欢那么乏味的生活，我也不喜欢死板板地坐着电脑面前，因为我很喜欢户外活动。无论什么运动，我都会参与，一切只因为我很喜欢出去运动。真的，无论什么运动。我很喜欢运动后的心情。当心情很差或遇到一些解不开的问题时，我会选择去运动。尤其是跑步。跑步可以缓和我的心情，也可以在我一步一步向前跑的时候，突然间想通了一些事情，或想到解决问题的方法。跑步不需要赶时间地去冲刺，也不用任何的牵挂，只要你慢慢地向前跑，直到你要停下来的时候。我相信，跑步和散步的定义都是一样的，可是我觉得我是比较喜欢运动后的满身汗味。运动之后，汗流满出，就犹如把一切的不开心都释放出来。他也说“一起打球最爽”。这。。。我也赞同。运动，真的获益不浅，所以，我才会那么热爱运动。 Sunday, January 2, 2011. 希望每个人不会因为新的一年才有希望。生活...

Friday, December 30, 2011. 65288;意思是还没结婚的,嘻嘻）. 不过观光景点还是有著名的“热水湖”和“观音亭”. 给人一种很宁静，朴实，还有“风凉水冷”的感觉. 大人的，真不敢想象！！热水湖确实有治疗效果，不过男生还是少浸微妙，尤其是全身，不然蛋疼精完那就可不好了，呵呵！！如果只是浸脚，那当然没问题. 热水湖是露天的，没得遮盖，最好去的时间是早上或旁晚！！不然太阳顶在头上，上半身热，下半身也热，真的会很热！！想在热水湖带一整天的朋友，记得带早餐，午餐，和晚餐，哪里可是找不到吃的，除非到外头的马来挡口吧！！ Posted by Yen Shing.
