Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Our annual trip to Disneyland is coming up and I just happened to have this fashionable princess fabric. In my stash and a really cute new dress pattern by RabbitRabbit Creations. This is the Hummingbird Dress. Jasmine's latest release. There are options to fancy this little dress up but I chose the simplest "everyday" version. This was such a quick sew too; I probably finished both dresses in under 2 hours. Rosie and Ruth: April 2014
http://rosieandruth.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 28, 2014. 30 days of adventures in eating. Let me tell you about a little adventure on which I'm about to embark. First, some history. I've never had to diet in my life. Somehow, I have always been thin. I enjoy my chocolate, and my ice cream. I gained every bit of 35-40 pounds every time I was pregnant. And it always melts away. I just eat when I'm hungry, and if I crave something, I have a little bit of it. So, I am going to challenge myself. Have you heard of it? Links to this post.

Life with an autistic son, two daughters, a husband, and a full time job can get pretty hectic! Making things helps me maintain SANITY. Monday, 4 April 2016. I made another Lisette B6244. Sweatshirt fabric this time and I left the edges raw. I also lengthened the sleeves so I could make a cuff. I love the two-tone effect! I have worn it non-stop since I finished. HongKongChic: Upcycled Denim Purse
http://hkchic.blogspot.com/2013/05/upcycled-denim-purse.html
Wednesday, May 8, 2013. My mom is not a big purse lady, she prefers small, light weight purses. I have made a handbag. For her before, but the fabric is too casual for her to carry to a more serious gathering. So I decided to make her a fancier but not too fancy purse. Let's see how I made it.
