So much has happened since then, but I don't want to write too much, so I'll shorten it all down. I've just finished my second year of university. It has been incredible. I have adored my course, and this house, and I grew to be so unbelievably attached to my housemates. I'm pretty sad about it all ending, but onwards and upwards. This is me today.

A journey to bones. Thursday, 17 January 2013. I'm starting to ache now. It's late considering I have to be up extra early to accommodate all weather possibilities. If it snows as it is supposed to tonight, National Rail will have a meltdown. Even the tiniest bit of ice sends England into a frenzy. Today was a great day. Update: 03:30am. Ok so this isn't a diet as such unless you manically exercise but its well balanced, so could half the quantities? 7:45am, - fresh lemon juice and coffee, bowl of porridge with water. 8:30am - 10 to 23 miles. 10:30am - big brunch - cereals with soya milk and fruit. 11:00am - weights in gym. 12:00pm - half avocado and tin of salmon. 12:30pm few hours nap. 5:30pm Toast with marmite or honey and a banana. 6:00pm Running but shorter route? 7:00pm Nibble on almonds whilst stretching.
