Vertical - 37K (3rd most all-time). It was a solid month, not quite as spectacular as March. The month of May is here and now I have to go pretty hard, as I noted last month. Which likely means a slight decrease in miles. I'll take quality over quantity ( to a certain degree. As has become my norm, here are a few updates from my goals.
