HIV/AIDS Education and Testing. What to Expect During Testing. You will need to bring some form of identification for HIV or Syphilis testing. This is in case of reactive results and contacting you. The HIV counselor welcomes your questions and is happy to spend as much time as needed for your testing. Typically, a testing appointment takes a total 30 minutes. Syphilis and Hepatitis C.
