The Harrow Refugee and Minorities Forum (HaRF) is the umbrella organisation for refugee and minority ethnic community organisations in Harrow, providing expert support services to this sector as well as a unified voice at a local, sub-regional and regional level. Associate membership is open to other organisations working with refugees or minority ethnic communities. Subscribers to membership must accept the constitution and demonstrate their willingness to actively participate in promoting the Forum.

Refugee Week is an annual UK-wide programme of arts, cultural and educational events that commemorate the contribution of refugees to the UK and promotes awareness about the reasons why people seek sanctuary. Harrow Refugee Forum celebrates this event with numerous events that involve our members representing more than twenty ethnic communities and more than forty countries. The day features poetry, arts, music, dance and showcase of refugee community contributions to the Harrow community.
