The title of the post is a little nod to this 80’s piece of cinematography. Though, I was (and still am) completely terrified of that movie. Moving right along, on Friday four of my favorite girlfriends and I loaded up in a big red truck with two dogs and headed for a weekend of leisure and nature in Homer, Alaska. Boats, and headed out into Kachemak Bay.
