So busy day.went to the beach, went to the gym, and did shopping all be for 4pm.then hungou twith some ppl. now to bed. Food wise.bad day. NY Fries Poutine and 7up. Half bag of sour cream and onion rings. Cup of nachos with salsa. Bad day for food. Gym = 20 min fit fix with trainer and 10 min cardio.
