From Weight Watchers - 3 points per serving. 3 oz reduced-fat cinnamon graham crackers, about 5 1/2 sheets. 1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar. 2 Tbsp butter, melted. 2 large egg white(s). 1/2 cup(s) dark brown sugar. 1/4 tsp table salt. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, or less to taste. 1 cup(s) canned pumpkin. 1/2 cup(s) fat-free evaporated milk. 1/4 cup(s) lite whipped topping.

What are we going to feed the kids? Saturday, May 7, 2011. From Weight Watchers - 2 PointsPlus per serving. 2 lbs spinach, touch stems removed. 1 Tbsp. olive oil. 4 large garlic cloves, halved. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. black pepper. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add spinach, in batches if necessary, and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Drain in colander and rinse under cold running water. What are we going to feed the kids? Monday, May 23, 2011. We made a lot of progress in the garden this weekend. Of course, a garden's work is never really DONE, but I feel pretty good about where we're at with it. Planted as of 5/22/11. Lettuce - some green leaf variety, Boston maybe? Tomatoes - JetStar, cherry, and possibly a third variety (should check with Aaron the Tomato Master). Showing signs of hope. Strawberry plants have MANY blossoms. Sugar snap peas are taller each day. Showing signs of trouble.
