A chronicle of a two year service in Botswana! April 30, 2006. Stacie in a traditional skirt. The fabric is called German cloth. It comes in brown, blue, and red. The women cooking for the large crowd. Men working on the cow. The cow comes to the wedding walking, and then becomes part of the after wedding meal. The cow and two goats were part of the "bride price" that the groom must pay. The men carrying a leg of the cow to be prepared for the meal. The wedding party arrived in the back of this big truck.

A chronicle of a two year service in Botswana! May 22, 2006. Zebra's 4 Life is what the crowd is chanting as we (OT, Joe, Lingani, and I) drove from my house to the mall! Why were they chanting this? After watching the game on TV, we decided to drive to town to see all the parties that would be taking place to celebrate. When we got close, there were all kinds of people that jumped on my truck and started cheering. They were doing this to every car that passed by! Go Zebras- keep on winning! May 21, 2006.

A chronicle of a two year service in Botswana! October 23, 2006. Trip to Okavango Delta, Botswana. We were very blessed to be able to take a vacation in one of the most exotic places in Botswana. The Okavango is the largest inland delta in the world. It is so interesting to be somewhere so green but know that a huge desert is only 400 miles or so away! A chronicle of a two year service in Botswana! February 28, 2006. Trip to Grewu, Zimbabwe! The four of us got a chance to go to Grewu for some fun! We went to a place called Antelope Park. At the park we were able to ride elephants, go walking with lions, and swimming with elephants! We were also able to hang out with some friends who took us out on a lake.
