نظمت جمعية الإحسان الخيرية يوم الأحد 26 أوت 2012 حفل ختان جماعي لفائدة 25 طفل من ولاية المنستير وولاية المهدية حالت وضعيتهم المادية دون امكانية ختانهم في جو احتفالي بهيج وقد وفرت لهم جمعية الإحسان. وقع تجميع صناديق زكاة الفطر ليلة العيد وقد تجند أفراد الجمعية إيصالها قبل منتصف الليل وقد استنفع من زكاة الفطر ومنحة العيد أكثر من 200 عائلة. قافلة لمسة دفئ لريف المهدية معتمدية بومرداس. انتفاع أكثر من 100 عائلة بالأغطية والملابس الشتوية. تم توزيع المساعدات إلى المنتفعين مباشرة وذلك بتوفير 6 سيارات للغرض.
