And while I was midway my first speed interval, I felt a small pebble inside my right foot… and it sure was painful! But since I didn’t want to stop or slow down, I just went on and decided to remove the pebble once I slowed down during my rest interval. The road to 160. I started to take up running in Feb 2007. Actually, I didn’t plan on becoming a runner. I was only using walking/jogging/running as my aerobic workout as an adjunct for my weight training. I initially limited myself to the treadmill for a few weeks, however, when I started to run on roads… I was hooked!
