We like to use local ingredients in our products, including hazelnuts from Cascade Hazelnuts. Walnuts from Eggers Acres. Butter from Farmer's Cooperative Creamery. And cream from Mallorie's Dairy. We share our McMinnville store and kitchen with a nice little restaurant called Orchards Bistro.
