January 12, 2012. Most of the time, I experience music as a musician. Out of sheer interest, I can’t help but dissect what I hear: the performance, the piece, the delivery. It’s the auto mode that my mind goes into.” – Ms Hahn. I had the same train of thought before. Familiar tunes stuck at the back of my mind, title-less and yet they feel like old friends long forgotten. I’ve come to know some are great music works, only I didn’t have a clue. So did I hear them in the womb? When I was three? Nope, still...

January 30, 2012. Down this old road, with a new hope. I stepped into the building, which looked a little different since it was newly renovated last year. As I gathered my docs for submission, I heard a familiar voice behind me and spotted my literacy lecturer, busy talking to a colleague and walking to the staff room. There might be a possibility that she would be our lecturer! But now the waiting begins. And the excitement builds. Laquo; Nothing but the best. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Mr E, part two.

January 16, 2012. Mr E, part two. And then there were 3. 7 absent from a fever bug. Gives a whole new meaning to the term “Monday Blues”, esp for them! Mr E was amongst the 3 present today. Since there were only 3, I had more one on one time with him. He relished the peace and quiet, coloured one of his best colourings and for the first time, chuckled loudly while watching me do a funny expression. He chuckled again at himself making a mistake over something. Great! Way Today, more smiles and. Address ne...

January 29, 2012. Nothing but the best. How two different events can collide is just beyond me. A mixture of bittersweetness, sadness and rejoicing all at once. It’s a bit too much to handle. 8220;Lock it up. Hide it. Keep it safe. So that no one and nothing shall disturb it. For the day will come when it will be opened and revealed. And the joy will flow once again”. Posted in Yours Truly. Laquo; Of degrees and dragons who can’t swim. Down this old road, with a new hope. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

January 12, 2012. Dear Mr E,. I am humbled by your presence in our class. Even after 7 years of teaching, I have alot to learn when it comes to handling children with special needs. Having prior interactions with other children with special needs helps, but each case is so different. Does this require patience? Hell yes. There’s so much that goes into it that is so hard to define. Hugs, Mr E. We’ve got the whole year to know each other. Posted in Apples of my eye. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
