Tuesday, January 11, 2011. I wasn´t expecting to enjoy my first Christmas in Mexico as much as I did. I thought it would be much harder missing my family (church and blood) and that I will feel out of place. Thanks to God that I had neither of those problems. The holidays have been a great break for us after finishing up Spanish classes to just be able to be with the people. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. I have begun my work in the church that meets in the neighborhood of La Libertad (About an hour away from León Sur out on the edge of town). I am incredibly exited to be able to work with my Mexican brethren in this way and I am very grateful to God for being able to see growth already. I love how superman was brought back. The remaking of Superman is so cool. I loved how you could see him training in some winter place and also they finally explain what the "S" stands for.
