Sessions are 50 minutes in length. 80 per session (HST included). 100 per session (HST included). Fees are payable by cash or cheque at the end of each session. Email money transfers are accepted in advance of the session. Please provide 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged your full session fee. Though psychotherapy is not yet covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), it may be covered by your private insurance. Check your personal coverage for more details. All contact is private.

This specialized institution focuses on psychodynamic, intersubjective, and relational psychotherapy, combined with practical counselling experience and supervision with Toronto’s leading psychotherapists. Cry over some really big things. Try to work. Mostly suck at this. Make an entire thermos of tea and sip it slowly all afternoon. Listen to Leonard Cohen. Eat soup for dinner. Wear my slippers at work because I need the extra cozy. Wear lipstick, or something else that makes me feel better. Go for a walk.
