It was converted to a Sea Scout Troop on January 15th 1968 and has since become one of only 101 Sea Scout Troops to have gained Royal Navy Recognition. Scouts & Guides. Since the Church Centre at All Saints’ Church, Four Oaks, was opened in February 1974 by Princess Margaret we have tried to serve our local community in as many ways as possible. From private parties or regular group meetings to the bar which is open 6 nights a week, we have been a popular resource for those who live near us.
