Sijil Kelayakan Menduduki ( CF ) daripada MBPJ diperolehi pada 30 Ogos 2003. Surat pengesahan perlantikan AJK sementara dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor pada 23 Oktober 2003. Solat Jumaat yang pertama diadakan di masjid ini pada 24 Oktober 2003. Kos keseluruhan pembinaan masjid ini ialah RM5.4juta.
