Saturday, May 2, 2009. Day 3 and Final Day. The plan was to do this master cleanse thing for 5 days at least. Well its the end of day 3 and I've decided to stop. It wasn't because I was super hungry, although I am. Its more because the SWF just wasn't working. Plus I lost 10lbs last July by eating right and exercising, so I'm hoping doing that will help me drop weight. Why is weight such a big issue for females? Labels: Just Another Diet.
