A Love for Teaching. Adventures in Second Grade! Having a good management plan can help to prevent having dicipline problems latter on. I am all about focusing on the positive! Extrinsic motivators or no extrinsic motivators? Kids will work pretty hard for just a few minutes of free time. One of my professors introduced this idea to me and I feel that it could be very succesful. The great thing - it's simple and won't cost you a dime! Mystery motvators are another great way to manage the whole class. .
