These are from my Camp cooking buddy Michiline Dulac, from Zanzibar, who also gave me the recipe for the Date Squares and the bran muffins. I acquired this recipe from a fishing camp in beautiful Horsefly B.C. This recipe keeps well in a sealed container in the refrigerator if you like to make your batter in advance.
