What kind of topic about Japan are you looking for? Monday, October 29, 2007. I dont know if "Ma-bo-Do-fu" is correct writting in English :p. But Japanese pronouce so. There are a lot of instant seasoning package for this, but it is very simple and delicious. First, stirfly garlic and ginger, add Toubanjan(chinese chili paste) and chicken soup(maggi can be use), salt and sugar. Add Tofu and stirfly them for a while, and then add soy sauce and oyster sauce ad chopped onion spring. Tuesday, October 23, 2007.

Whole Lot of Shaking Going On. Fred and I jolted awake this morning around 5:30 am thanks to an earthquake just off the coast of Okinawa. Above and below are maps from USGS ( click here. That shows the location of the quake. We live north of Naha on the west coast near where you see the first peninsula jut out. The orange square is the epicenter. Because the autumn comes in Japan(begins end of September usually) and climate is getting cooler that before. I ate Udon for lunch today and tonight. But I still want toeat it tomorrow :p. Deepfried chicken(Actually I bought it in KFC). Soup in the bowl : "Asari no Misoshiru" Miso(Soybean paste) soup with small shellfish(overplus of yesterday dinner). What kind of topic about Japan are you looking for? Tuesday, July 31, 2007. As I described many times, I like noodles so much! There are a lot kind of Yakisoba in Japan, this one is latest style yakisoba. I just need to buy package of Yakisoba that includes deepfried soba(noodle) and soup. There are some begetables in flidge always, so I just add it. Usually Yakisoba doesn't contains soup, but this Yakisoba have a little bit soup. IT makes noodle more tasty and smell so good :p.
