Day 5 – Ok, now I’m starting to miss eating. Here we are – day 5. Energy levels are still great so far and I have done the Salt Water Flush twice during this campaign. As per the usual , I won’t go into details, but yes, major cleaning out. While my body is used to not eating, my head is saying “WTF – some food would be nice”. Goodbye Bloating, Hello Flexitarian. So last night, the hubby made an amazing wild rice and roasted mushroom ragou, with thyme and basil from our porch. Each bite was a bit of comfort. How I missed eating! So thus ends my cleanse – though I didn’t make it to the 10 days, the benefits have been noticeable. I no longer had the endless bloat, I felt more energetic and hydrated.
