In Acadia National Park. Dean atop Mt Washington in New Hampshire. Walking the Freedom Trail in Boston. Temps were around 95 when we walked the Freedom Trail. The kids took advantage of a fountain and cooled off. Monday, July 19, 2010. We took a two week trip to the North East Coast. Camping with the Erkkila family.

Thursday, October 4, 2012. Day 4 - handwriting. I only wish I had handwriting like my mom did. 8 years at catholic school and nuns teaching. Can create beautiful penmanship. With all the signatures required between. Kids stuff and such, I have gone with only the first letters. And now with computers in the schools its a challenge to get the kids to practice their cursive iam sure. i had this conversation with a Latson Road teacher when my kids were there. Pretty sure this counts this is my happy dog on our walk this evening. And yes. our grass is this green (you can also see that it's been misting today - the grass is pretty wet)!
