Home-made spaghetti sauce - nice and fresh! 5 fresh tomatoes (blend with 1 cup water). 2 stalks onion leaves (chopped). 1 can (6ounces)tomato paste or puree. 1/4 cup tomato ketchup. 1 Blend onions and garlic. 2 Fry the blended onions and garlic, and onion leaves until wilted. 3 Add the tomato paste and stir for about 1 minute.
