I wrote this post as a response to someone’s post on the forum that wouldn’t it be great to work in a place where everyone got on so well and all leaders needed to do was sign off on people’s projects-like a commune where everyone was working 100% for the common good of the collective. Amanda D. Boyd. Health and Environmental Risk Communication. Amanda Boyd (PhD, University of Calgary) is an assistant professor of risk communication at Washington State University. Her research program focuses on health and science communication particularly how risks are communicated to and perceived among rural and Indigenous populations. Amanda is affiliated with the Murrow Center for Media and Health Promotion Research. And is a member of the Science Communication Research Group.
