Sunday, May 8, 2011. Chris made a surprise visit to Kong last weekend! I was sitting in the school office when he walked in with some flowers and boxes of goodies for all of us teachers. Since the school year is winding down it was going to be his only chance to see the village and he chose a perfect weekend to do so. The weather was absolutely beautiful! They were SO AWESOME that I asked if I could put them on my blog because everyone else should deserve to see them too. He gladly said yes. Wednesday, August 18, 2010. 2nd Year in Kong. WOW so much has happened since the last posting! Middle of May I headed home for my summer break and the first week of August I returned to Alaska. Rachel and Sheila came back with me to tour the mid-west as neither one had ever been before. Sheila experienced her first concert, farm, casino and the list goes on!
