Martes, 4 de octubre de 2011. El horno para la pizza. Para que una pizza se haga en 5 minutos, salga crujiente por abajo y deshecho por encima, lo ideal es un horno que alcance los 60 ºC, como los hornos que normalmente tenemos en casa no alcanzan estas temperaturas, nos tendremos que conformar con 250 ºC, eso sí, hay que dejar la bandeja del horno dentro para que cuando introduzcamos la pizza se nos caliente rápido la base y se ponga crujiente. Domingo, 14 de abril de 2013. Inmediatamente después de echar unas lagrimillas, cuándo mi amiga Marta me dijo que se casaba, supe cual iba a ser mi regalo! Automáticamente después pregunté el número de invitados! Pocos, me respondió, aún tengo que hacer la lista. y días más tarde me lo comunicó: eramos 90 personas! Y así me enfrenté a mi mayor reto repostero hasta el momento. Otra cosa no, pero no me ha faltado motivación e ilusión. Del que me declaro fan! Gracias por estar ahí! Enlaces a esta entrada.
