Friday, October 2, 2009. I baked Apple muffins last night! Tastewise. not as fragrant as I wanted, even with cinnimon. The taste of apples were also not strong, thus I felt the muffins were on the bland side. Should try finding out what type of apples are best for baking, just like delmonte bananas. I think I ripped this recipe out of a magazine last Halloween and we just now had a chance to try it! 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 C butter at room temperature. 1/2 C brown sugar. 12 fun size Snickers, quartered. 4 Let cool, then use the overhangs to transfer to a cutting board, cut into 16 bars.
