Celebrating family, friends and food. Adapted from jamie oliver recipe]. Preheat oven to 180 ° and grease a shallow 22cm (1 litre) baking dish. Mix 2 tbs cocoa powder with a few tbs boiling water and stir until smooth. In another bowl, beat 100gm butter and 100gm caster sugar until fluffy, then add cocoa mixture, 1 egg, 100gm SR flour and ½ tsp baking powder. My old school friend Shanta never liked it because she couldn't get over the fact that cake had ' cheese. In it It is a bit strange if you look at it like that. I can't imagine a delicious sweet dessert with a reggiano parmesan! I've always loved cheesecake - the creamy sweetness of the filling topped with lemon curd and a chocolate base to crank things up a bit! 1/2 cup fine sugar.

Celebrating family, friends and food. Baked whole Salmon parcels. Fill fish cavity with:. Fresh coriander, thyme, rosemary and parsley (home grown if you have it). Lemon slices (use really nice lemons with a lovely soft skin). Rub good salt (please don't use table salt, I recommend Murray River Pink Salt) on both sides of the fish and place more herbs and lemon slices on top. Give a good slurp of decent olive oil. A winter-warming cake full of buttery goodness. 1 tsp vanilla essence. 2/3 cup caster sugar. 1 cup S.R Flour. 10g butter, melted, extra. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tblsp caster sugar, extra. Grease deep 20cm cake tin. Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in sifted flour and milk, stir gently until smooth.
