Ironically, it's one of the hottest days in the DC area this year, so what do I do - decide to take a mid-morning run! I think some of my motivation is due to my upcoming virgin triathlon at the end of June. I only have to run a 5K, but before that I have to swim over half a mile and bike 17 miles!
