August 07, 2008. If awful happens all the time. And you can barely face it. What keeps your soul from sinking. And your eyes from looking down. That light in your bright eyes might fade if you're not careful. And the smile that effects us both might leave less of a mark. If awful happens all the time and it's not even yours. How does taking it in help anyone at all. Good happens to you know but sinks in differently. Great is all around and you may not notice. It's higher up and downcast faces miss it.
