To be accountable during my weight loss journey. As of today (17-07-16), I am rewriting my About Me page. So I started this blog in November 2014 with a starting weight of 208lbs that’s 14st 12lbs. Ironically, in the long period of absence between now and then I actually went back up to 209.5lbs (14st 13.5lbs).
