Price was definitely reasonable. Delivery time was excellent (my package came earlier than I thought it would :D) and the merchandise was in perfect condition, wrapped and secure (and I even got a cute little drawing on the envelope :P). All in all, I was very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely buy from you again!

On my way home from a short shopping trip today, saw a drunk woman in - chii; (before you idealise). 06 October 2007 @ 10:25 pm. On my way home from a short shopping trip today, saw a drunk woman in a kimono simultaneously staggering and swigging beer at the side of the road, after which she dumped the empty can unceremoniously onto the ground and swayed away. suspect i'm starting to gain something of a japanese mindset, as what shocked me more was the blatant littering. For just 130 yen. Daiso is the la...

Went to my first matsuri ever! Between my three dorm mates and - chii; (before you idealise). 07 October 2007 @ 10:41 pm. Went to my first matsuri ever! Between my three dorm mates and myself, finished off yaki dango, takoyaki, croquettes, taiyaki, yakisoba and fried chicken wings. Unfortunately, not many people in yukatas as autumn is approaching, but was still very crowded and lively. the "float showdowns", as i term them, were the best part. i very much like the fox mascots. 11 comments Leave a comment.

A day in the life of a practical cat. Have music will travel. Was cleaning out computer when found an mp3 of a wonderful bluegrass song, Song of the Traveling Daughter. The lyrics given on her music website are not exactly the same as the recording I have - though there is a highly entertaining Youtube fanvid using the mp3:. Song of the Traveling Daughter (游女吟) - lyrics as heard, my literal translation. Drs Adam Kay and Suman Biswas, aka Amateur Transplants. Will have you in stitches:. But the tune shoul...

张开家门引进世界 - happy valiancy. A day in the life of a practical cat. After an unconscionably long delay:. The road goes ever on and on (one hopes, to the summit and not a ravine). Vertigo-inducing view from the bus. Apologies to Li Bai for the terrible pun on 蜀道难, but it seems that the mountain roads in the state of 楚 (and half of China, probably) are just as difficult (though much easier to traverse than when the poem was written). Of the 天门洞(Heaven's Gate Hole). Climbing in the Wulingyuan scenic area.

Reaching for the world, as our lives do - happy valiancy. A day in the life of a practical cat. Reaching for the world, as our lives do. For the 30th anniversary of the opening of the Humber Bridge. A lyrical and hopeful ode. Quite unlike the Larkin of This Be The Verse. Read by Sir Tom Courtenay. Well well. Wouldn't have thought Larkin had that in him. Maybe when he stops feeling hard done by for being born a human being, and looks however briefly outside himself. Evil things come in pretty packages.
