It's hard being Alexx. Monday, May 30, 2011. I'm going to eat what the call a "healthy" calorie amount. Which to me will be 1200. I'll still lose weight, not as fast, and it's healthier since I sit on my butt most of the time. I wanna be able to at least maintain my weight. All this is because I looked at my wrist for the past few weeks and thought "When did you get small? Guys, we're gorgeous. We just can't see it. Sunday, May 29, 2011. Dunno my current weight. Jun 25, 2014. Here's where I'm at. So here it goes. I've gained weight. I'm 155 lbs, again. I swore I'd never see this weight again. It is different this time though and I know that, I'm fit. I am currently 120lbs of bone and muscle. 35lbs of fat. 23% body fat. See this is a complicated topic to me and to a lot of people obviously, if it weren't there would not be huge media controversy over body image and 'ideals'. I fucking hate it. Jan 3, 2015. 2015, so it is. Move to downtown to shorten my commute to medical school. Finish Ironman Whistler at the end of July. Lose weight.As always. Start a regular sleep schedule. Avoid gluten as per doctors orders. Stick to my training plan, like really stick to it. Stop cussing, or at least really trim it down. Drink no more than once per week. Back to school on monday, nose to the grindstone. I'm looking forward to it and hating it. Here we go again, same thing, different year. I love your blog!

It's hard being Alexx. Sunday, July 31, 2011. Yesterday DID NOT go as planned. Picture is of a guy. He's Bou, ex-guitarist from Antic Cafe.). Ikinda really badly messed up. I think it was my first real binge. It was pretty bad. I was eating for the sake of eating. I had two slices of pizza, two poptarts, some Cheese Nips, and finally a granola bar. I'm giving up on ABC, at least for now. I may try again later, when I'm back on my game, but with all of these mistakes so early into it, I'm pretty bummed.
