Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Cans for Comments and Holiday Food Drive. Over the holidays, I did my 2nd Annual Food Drive as well as participated in Cans for Comments. In the first food drive. I collected over 40 pounds of food to donate to Loudoun Interfaith Relief. This year, the goal was to collect at least 100- and I made it! The hint is that I exceeded the goal of 100 pounds. Halfway into my own food drive, I read about Cans for Comments. The idea came from photographers Chris Lynn. The largest food bank in the area. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Northern VA Wedding Photographer. Jamie and Rob had a lovely non-traditional wedding at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm in Northern VA. The bride and groom both wore navy and were escorted down the aisle by their respective children. Jamie is a graphic designer and created all the menus, table cards, programs and invitations, which made for some great detail shots. Here are some favorites from the day. Kerry, from KLH Makeup Artistry did an amazing job with Jamie's hair and makeup.

Friday, February 6, 2009. Food Drive Cans for Comments Results. I was finally able to make it to the Loudoun Interfaith Relief's. Offices to drop off my load of non-perishable food from the Holiday Food Drive and the Cans for Comments blog post. I planned on donating my food after the holidays, as donations usually drop off drastically at this time of year, so the food is needed even more. Also, I know it is already February (which I cannot believe- where does the time go? Not bad for the first try!

Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Ashlynn and Will Northern VA Children's Photographer. Ashlynn and Will have been coming to see me since she was just a little newborn. It's been so great to see her grow and to be able to do the same with Will. Will just turned one, and is constantly on the go. One thing that slows him down- golf!
