Since we're on the subject of Burning Man, I thought I'd share an art project I once did there that recently came to mind. I started things off by putting my problem in the bowl: "I can't get my boyfriend to stop needing me to need him," or something like that. Yes, at the time I thought this was a problem. Ingenui-Tea: Biting the Hand That Feeds Me

Celebrating tea, food, art, and invention. Thursday, July 15, 2010. Biting the Hand That Feeds Me. I couldn't help it. The director offended my artistic sensibilities, and while I did not storm out of the theater on opening night, I felt compelled to take him to task and publish an unfavorable review. As singer-songwriter Stew so succinctly put it in the marvelous rock musical, Passing Strange. An homage to the artistic temperament. A friend asked me. "What's wrong? I cried. Ahem, that is, he played ...

The blog of mjrx. Where else but Central Park…. Tuesday, Aug 19 2008. 8230;can you find this combination of people, greenery, architecture and sky? I took this photo last week while in NYC, in the southeast corner of the park. The art deco/nouveau buildings against the green struck me as odd and had me in awe. While I’m definitely no photographer, I wasn’t the only one turned into an instant shutterbug there, even soon after in the rain. Where else but Central Park…. 20080822 at 9:48 am. Ingenui-Tea: Reinventing Tea
http://ingenui-tea.blogspot.com/2009/10/reinventing-tea.html
Celebrating tea, food, art, and invention. Monday, October 5, 2009. The next day I decided to order the Mighty Leaf Chocolate Tea sampler. The photos on the Mighty Leaf Web site looked enticing. The prices, however, were a different story. "Hey, I can make these teas," I thought, "and more.". Tomorrow, I head to the bulk section of my local co-op with my list in hand. I'm going to buy some of the raw ingredients found in these teas in bulk, and whip up my own versions. I'd love to learn.
