Going to run at the gym with becca ….gotta go …. It’s now 11:38pm just took a cool shower from the 3 mile run …. It was a rough one ugggg hard to keep going did. It in 50 minutes … which is faster for me … but it just was hard to do…. I did some speed work ( a little) … then finished up the last bit of the 3rd mile outside.
