I am currently teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga classes. In My Improv or Vinyasa Classes I like to play with the unexpected. These classes re typically full of movement and energy. I am focused on alignment and building knowledge around asanas while having a good time. I'd like to see my students connect with their breath and their deeper sense of self. I came to yoga during my Saturn return year! I did my first teacher training program in September 2005 with the Sivananda Yoga Ashram.
