Amy - The Wanna Be Chef: French Fries

http://amythewannabechef.blogspot.com/2009/01/french-fries.html

Sunday, January 11, 2009. Much better than any restaurant! Then slice into fries. I cover a cookie sheet with foil. In a large bowl I toss the potatoes in some Olive Oil. Spread out on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on desired amount of salt. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Switch to BROIL the last 3-5 minutes. Keep watch - you don't want to burn them! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://amygenn.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html

Sunday, July 31, 2011. Eli got to wear a band-aid for the first time. (Well, for the first time that it wasn't because his blood was drawn or shots were given! He scratched his heal with his toenail. His little legs never stop.and he's sock-less most of the summer.so it was bound to happen, I guess. He wore it all of 10 minutes before it fell off because he's such a wild man.but you know me! I had to take pictures! We went for a family picnic up the Yakima River Canyon - and Eli took a nap amongst nature:.

http://amygenn.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

Saturday, September 4, 2010. An Alien and a Robot take a Rocket to a 5th Birthday Party! We had another wonderful party to celebrate Eli's birthday. I can't believe my boy is 5! The party kids loved the spaceship cupcakes. We had 71 people at his party. About 24 kids, not all are shown, and the rest were adults. We call it the "End of Summer Berkheimer Bash" and have a Potluck feast with all of our friends and family. Eli sure has a LOT of people that love him! THIS WAS THE BIGGEST HIT OF THE PARTY!

Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Amelia E. Adler. Don’t hate the Russians. But I’m straying off the point. I. has some Polish ancestry, and she took a chance with that program. She said coming here was better than staying there. I didn’t press for details, so I can only imagine what she might have meant. Tbilisi might be beautiful and colorful on photos, but that’s only one side of the story, ain’t it? What I mean in this case is – Russian. In one sentence: congrats, Mr&...
