I think it has something to do with the fact that while I have had decent reasons for moving and I don't think I'll ever regret having tried out a bunch of different cities, I also need to not use moving to a new, exciting city as an escape for the crap in my life- because the cliched "Wherever you go, there you are?

I spent all day yesterday at Big Basin State Park with the hubby and a group of girlfriends, hiking the Berry Falls Trail. 135 miles of HILLS. It was such a great hike and left me feeling like . well. I'll say it. A superhero. The hills didn't kill me. The distance wasn't miserable. And I'm not sore today! We hiked in about 2 hours to Golden Falls, where we stopped to eat lunch. I am listening to a book on Zen medit...

We started with a soy latte from Blue Bottle Coffee Company (you've seen this before. Heaven in a compostable cup. Then piled on to a bus and headed up to Andretti Winery.
