My Two Pence Worth. Thursday, May 20, 2010. Human perspective on death. I have a special compassion for parents who lost their children or children that lose their parents. I can imagine the incredible grief and sorrow that comes with this kind of loss. Some friends from church lost their 2 year old a couple of years ago and my heart aches for them so incredibly.
