We used to always go to Garamerica for good indo food and have these! Such a simple dish to cook 😉. I’ll try my best to translate the recipe in English! 1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces. 2 tablespoon of Tumeric powder. 2 Teaspoon of Salt. A tablespoon of lime juice. 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves. 1 Stalk Lemongrass Bruised. 5 cloves of Garlic.

We may no longer be very, very, very close like we used to be but I’m so thankful for these two who were my rock – from my childhood days till the day we finally found our significant others. I really wish nothing but the best and maximum happines and blessings for these two. Started my morning by witnessing my dad and brother going and in and out of the house door because they kept forgetting things on their way to work. Lol! Monday blues, much?
