Is a new building divided into four modern apartments. There is a security gated entrance. Each of the four apartments is different in size and character but all are finished to a high standard and fully furnished in a modern manner. Comfort and style are important. Outside is the pool area, with its gated entrance, that has fantastic views down to the sea plus a selection of sun loungers, chairs, tables and BBQ.
