I thought that it wouldn't make me sad but when Fletch came down with a stomach bug and couldn't make the graduation ceremony/show, my heart was broken for him. I was way more upset than him. We liked the Richmond Children's Museum so much last year that we went again a few weekends ago. Not much new there to report on but got some cute pics of the kids. On our way.(Fletch insisted on wearing his hat like that). A quick picnic lunch. Deke "cooking" me a meal in the play diner, right before he fell out of the booth and onto his face. The Tale of the Little Dilbatos. Saturday, August 16, 2014. I've become known as a bit of a car seat nut, and that's ok with me. In both of our small (ish) cars the girls are still rear facing just past three (and 36 inches and 26 lbs, so big enough for any forward facing harnessed seat I am aware of). Why, you ask? Of course not. But my preschoolers are happy, and have never complained (even after riding in forward facing seats), so why not keep them as safe as possible? A couple of links to read:.

Piper, Fletch, and Deacon: Our Magic Beans. Sunday, December 14, 2014. Saw the Big Man. We took the kids to visit Santa yesterday at Pentagon City Mall. P&F were in complete awe. I think this will be one of the magical Christmas' for them because they are at the perfect age. Here is the final product from the visit.
