I recently altered my work schedule. Well, to be lucid – I recently gambled hard and volunteered a considerable pay-cut so I could focus on the rest of my life. You know, the one moving at express velocity without me as I sit at my desk counting money and printing reports. I have a Human Biology lecture at 5 on Monday's starting next week,. Zoe's fever had me holding vigil at her every move yesterday and B.J. called it a day after installing a water heater. That meant that Thursday date night (that usually consists of watching The Office and eating pizza) turned into date day! Once Motrin cracked her fever, we were off. Zoe had her first haircut today! I've been tired of constantly cleaning it out of her eyes, losing bows, and tying it on top of her head like a turnip. She's such a big girl now! Tuesday, October 14, 2008. We had a big birthday weekend for Jesse. Friday afternoon we had a little party. I made Jesse a cake. It had his favorite, cool whip, frosting. He got a few gifts: a coat, a shirt, and "Ironman" on DVD. Then that evening we ate at Wingers with Jesse's family. It's Jesse's favorite restaurant (sorry Jason, as it is your birthday also, next year you can pick the restaurant). He even got free concrete pie! Jesse getting the fastest time (out of 6 races) on the drag racing course.

Still playing catch up. Not yesterday, but the Sunday prior, we went up to the Park City Silly Market. I would like to thank Park City for keeping me sane. Throughout my poor adult life it has acted as "pretend vacation" when I need one. It's nice to get up there and hang out with all the yuppies now and then and get away from the Wessiiiide.
