Sunday, March 22, 2009. WHISTLE WHILE YOU WORK! Yea not so much whistling! But back to work! So for those of you who didn't know I used to work for my dad at the construction company he used to run. Well the guy that owned it was a real (INSERT ANY BAD WORD YOU WANT TO USE HERE)! So after way too long my dad finally quit and started his own company. You can't find many people besides family to work for free while you get it up and running! He really deserves it! So here's to Diamond Masonry!

Sunday, March 22, 2009. I FINALLY DID IT! So I know I posted about this before but I love decorating cakes! Here's how it turned out! Keep in mind I'm just a beginner. As you can tell I have lots more practice ahead of me but it was pretty fun! So I've been doing weightwatchers with all of my in-law sisters and mom but this cake thing really doesn't help me out with that. For some wierd reason half of the frosting ends up in my mouth! And when it's colored it's really hard to hide the evidence! I feel so...

Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Cole has started to say and do some really funny things lately. His awareness for object permanence and whether things are alive are not is kind of out of sync. It makes for some good laughs though. He is really into talking to inanimate objects lately. He talks to the pumpkins in our living room like they are dogs. We brought them from the garden into the house, so he could enjoy them. Example,. Come here, pumpkin. Here, pumpkin. Good pumpkin.". Where are you temple?

Thursday, September 29, 2011. Mom and Dad stopped by. They were in the neighborhood :). We really enjoyed having company. Our guest room sits lonely most of the time. We had a couple of fun-filled days, with lots of food and some brave driving. I seriously don't know how anyone gets around DC without a GPS. We took Cole to the zoo. Wednesday, April 1, 2009. So I'm a little OCD when it comes to some things! Not with any good things like having a clean house but with small annoying things! Like the volume on the t.v. or radio has to be a 5-digit number. There is this game on my phone I like to play but I can't stop unless it's on a 5-digit level. I love that you have artisan breads, and rolls, so I don't have to buy an entire loaf.
