New York City - Muse, Trains and Food Poisoning! November 22, 2011 10:54 PM. John and I both really like Muse. It's one of the few bands we agree on (he thinks most of everything else I listen to is crap :P). So, when I found out that Muse was touring the U.S. I immediately started looking for tickets. Of course they weren't coming close to us at all. I think the closest location was Detroit. We were not. I got this harebrained idea to buy tickets to the concert for John for Christmas. Something that has never happened before. August 5, 2013 in Uncategorized. A whisper of a line. July 31, 2013 in Uncategorized. It’s funny how after so many years of trying, and disappointment, that a tiny pink line that you kind of have to squint to notice could mean so much. Also amazing: I was able to respond to brother-in-law’s texts today saying congratulations and that I’m happy to be an aunt. And I actually meant it. What a difference a bit of hope makes, in my whole outlook. Feel abandoned by God.
