Not great, but not an easy subject either. Funny how simple things get complex once you try to paint them. Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Just a little experiment. 8x10 acrylic and leafing on canvas board. Saturday, August 7, 2010. 16x20 acrylic on canvas paper. I cannot begin to capture her beauty. Not through stain nor scar on the page. Is in her heart.

Ran some errands, got some new clothes, and painted this little treasure my mom found at the local Goodwill. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. About an hour or so? Not really sure, felt quick (and messy).
