Mostly because they are managers so their schedule is always acceptably busy. If they are so busy they have back to back meetings and no time for real work then are they sign the work of 2 people? It’s probably some idiot who wishes they had your name but was born a Mable or a Steve. So you always have to add digits to the end of yours and then you end up forgetting because the numbers made sense when you made it but no longer makes sense the next time you log in! And that’s why I hate people.
